Avi Goldenberg

Avi Goldenberg has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Avi is currently employed at June Homes as the General Counsel. Prior to this, they worked at C+A Global for seven years as the General Counsel, where they served as the chief legal officer for the consumer products e-commerce business. Avi provided strategic advice to ownership and senior management on business, licensing, and acquisition strategy, and represented the company in negotiations and legal matters. Before that, they worked at Verto Advisors LLC as a Principal for a year and at MBIA as the Director and Assistant General Counsel for two years. Avi also gained valuable experience at several law firms including White & Case, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Latham & Watkins, and Fried Frank. Their roles at these firms were Associate Attorney and Associate, where they handled various legal matters.

Avi Goldenberg completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Yeshiva University from 1995 to 1998. Avi then pursued higher education at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree from 1998 to 2001.
