Kathryn Vick

Kathryn (Milograno) Vick is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at JuneShine since August 2025, Kathryn previously held multiple positions at The Boston Beer Company, culminating in the role of Talent Acquisition Lead. With a background in managing teams, developing talent attraction strategies, and leading branding initiatives, Kathryn has demonstrated expertise in efficient recruitment processes and client relationship management. Prior roles include leadership and recruiting positions at Sevenstep, Aetna, and New Avon, as well as experience in educational support at Danvers Public Schools and Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree from Mohawk Valley Community College.
