Ren Walkenhorst

Ren Walkenhorst has a diverse work experience in various roles within the outdoor industry. Beginning in 2017, Ren started as a Product Line Manager intern at DAKINE, where they guided and delivered innovative new product concepts, created product briefs and line plans, and designed, developed, and tested products in multiple categories. Ren then worked as a Retail Associate at Patagonia before transitioning to Product Line Manager roles at Sierra Designs and SY Design in 2018. In 2019, Ren became an Associate Product Manager at Hydro Flask and a Community Ambassador at JuneShine. In 2020, Ren joined Ruffwear as a Product Line Manager. In 2021, Ren became an RCC Ride Leader and Friend of the Brand at Rapha. Their most recent role is as an Athlete and Ambassador for Norrøna, starting in November 2022.

Ren Walkenhorst completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing from Westminster University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, Ren pursued further education, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sports Product Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business between 2016 and 2018.
