Will Schmitt

Will Schmitt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and consumer brand sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at Hiyo since March 2025, Will also holds the position of Managing Partner at Trail Post Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on innovative consumer brands. Additionally, Will has invested in multiple companies, including cleancult, OROS, JuneShine, Rumpl, Naadam, and nutpods. Previously, Will was the Head of Venture Strategy at Miroma Ventures and served as Managing Director at Natureza Growth Partners. Will holds an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.
