Luke Patterson is an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a solid background in providing technical assistance across various organizations. Currently employed at Jungle IT Ltd since March 2022, Luke previously held roles at aFinite and We Are Your IT, where technical support for managed service providers was provided. Prior experience includes a position at Optix Software Ltd, focusing on software support and training for a leading optometry SaaS provider, as well as technical support roles at Jennings Mac & PC Centre and JTRS Ltd, specializing in Apple technical solutions for businesses and educational institutions.
