David Liao

David Liao has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1993 as a Tae Kwon Do/Kickboxing Instructor for America's Best Karate and Pallen's Martial Arts. In 2000, they became a Senior Technical Consultant for Lucent, where they worked with optical networking equipment. In 2001, they became a Production System Test Engineer for Centerpoint Broadband Technologies. From 2003 to 2006, they held multiple roles at ACS Television, including Business Development Manager, Venue and Sponsorship Negotiator, and Production and Promotion of Live Professional Boxing Events. In 2007, they worked as a Law Student Counsel for Safe Harbor Clinic and BLS Legal Services. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at ESMGworld as a Business Development/Legal Affairs. Lastly, from 2016 to present, they have served as Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs for Jungo TV, where they provide oversight of content acquisition and distribution teams, explores new content opportunities, and negotiates and drafts complex licensing and distribution agreements.

David Liao attended the University of California, Davis from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a BA in Rhetoric and Communications. David then attended the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business from 2002 to 2003, earning an MBA in International Business with a focus in China. Finally, they attended Brooklyn Law School from 2005 to 2008, earning a JD.
