Julian Arias

Julian Arias has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julian began their career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Sprint Nextel and later worked as a Sales Consultant at AT&T Wireless, where they consistently exceeded sales goals. Julian then transitioned to the role of Small Business Sales Consultant at Sage, a leading supplier of accounting and business management software. In 2011, they gained experience as a Hospitality Broker Analyst Intern at Marcus & Millichap, where they were responsible for preparing packages and portfolios for potential investors. Julian joined Junior Achievement of Georgia in 2014, holding various roles such as Director of Site Operations, Sr. Director of JA Discovery Center Operations, and Vice President of JA Discovery Center Experience, overseeing the successful implementation and growth of the JA Discovery Centers. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Education Solutions - Capstone at Junior Achievement USA.

Julian Arias completed a BBA in Real Estate at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2004 to 2010. In 2019, they obtained an Other Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
