Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care policy and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Medicare Regulatory Affairs and Federal Advocacy at UnitedHealth Group since July 2009. In this role, Jennifer leads a team focusing on collaboration with federal agencies and the development of comment letters related to health care policy issues. Jennifer has previously held various director-level positions at UnitedHealth Group, including roles in National Regulatory Affairs, Provider Experience, Exchange Advocacy and Implementation, and Regulatory Advocacy. Jennifer's experience also includes working as an Intergovernmental Relations Officer for the City of Riverside and as a Consultant for Momenta Pharmaceuticals. In addition to professional responsibilities, Jennifer has been an active volunteer with the Junior League of Orange County, CA, serving on the Board of Directors and leading community projects. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine.
