Design

From custom apparel to quirky and unexpected products like talking plush toys, singing pianos, and even Wi-Fi-enabled lava lamps, our in-house creative teams push the boundaries of what merchandising can be. We also build custom websites from scratch to ensure that every creator’s store feels as unique as their brand.

Operations

Our operations teams bring it all to life. We manage every step of the process from inception to delivery, working closely with creators and their teams to launch hundreds of products each year. With a global network of over 100 partner factories and dedicated teams in China and the Philippines, we ensure that each product is manufactured, shipped, and delivered seamlessly to fans in over 50 countries worldwide.

The Role 

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the tactical elements of marketing for all creator product launches. This will include copywriting and successful deployment for our websites, emails, SMS, and digital ads. If you have a strong interest in the creator economy (particularly YouTube), and thrive in a detail-oriented marketing role, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

What You’ll be Doing

  1. Deployment -  We’ll be launching hundreds of new products this year. You will be responsible for getting these products to market by setting them live on creators’ stores and sharing them with fans using our marketing channels (website banners, email, SMS, and ads). Your extensive quality assurance checks (QAing) will help ensure that everything goes off without a hitch.

  2. Copywriting - Writing engaging copy that captures each creator’s brand is paramount in this role. You will be creating copy for product descriptions across our websites, launch emails (e.g. subject line, pre-header, body copy, and CTAs), SMS, and Facebook and Google ads (e.g. SEO-optimized copy).

  3. Last Mile Launch Support - Creator promotion is one of the most important elements of a launch. Prior to launches, you will help creators promote the products on their channels by providing them with a detailed overview of their launch (timelines, products, marketing materials, etc.). After launch, you will track how and when creators promote their products to help the marketing team continuously improve their strategy and understand the impact of a creator’s promotion on launch success.

You have

  • A passion for the creator economy and an interest in the evolving landscape of digital media and popular culture.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience deploying marketing assets (websites, emails, ads, etc.).

  • Experience deploying emails is strongly preferred, while experience deploying digital ads is a nice to have.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple tasks, all while ensuring deliverables align with pre-established guidelines.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms for task coordination, documentation, and reporting, such as Asana, Slack, and Google Suite Applications.
