Claire McCarthy

Claire McCarthy, CHRL has a strong background in HR and a keen understanding of business dynamics. Claire has worked in various roles in the field of human resources, starting as a Rewards Specialist at Labatt Breweries of Canada from July 2016 to October 2017. Claire then served as a People Continuity Specialist from October 2017 to December 2018 and later as a Talent Manager from January 2019 to February 2020 at the same company. From February 2020 to April 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mill Street Brewery. Currently, they hold the position of Director, People & Strategy at Juniper Creates, where they lead the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies to support the company's growth trajectory and preserve its vibrant culture.
