Patti McEwan

Patti McEwan currently serves as the Director of HR Operations & Talent Management at Hamilton Health Sciences, a position held since May 2010, where Patti leads a team of HR professionals to support over 15,000 employees in achieving the organization's vision of Best Care for All. Previous roles include HR Manager and HCMS Functional Lead for Oracle Cloud Implementation at Hamilton Health Sciences, as well as various human resources positions at Ryerson University and Sobeys, including Human Resources Consultant and Employee Relations Advisor. Patti McEwan holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and Labour Studies from McMaster University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
