Gonzalo Mateos Domingo

Gonzalo Mateos Domingo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, real estate, banking, and finance law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Juniper Group since October 2022, Gonzalo previously worked as a lawyer at RocaJunyent - Riutord Abogados, specializing in corporate transactions and real estate. Prior roles include Associate positions at Allen & Overy and Watson Farley & Williams, focusing on financing transactions and project finance, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Gonzalo also gained additional experience at Banco Santander, where participation in legal aspects of synthetic securitization and financial derivatives transactions occurred. An earlier internship at EY provided foundational skills in corporate and antitrust law.
