Jim Tooley

Jim Tooley currently serves as Vice President of Global Delivery for Juniper Experience and Operations at Juniper Networks since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tooley held the position of Vice President of Global Services and Support at Broadcom Limited from December 2014 to December 2022, managing all services and support activities following the merger with Brocade. Tooley also worked at Juniper Networks from May 2006 to December 2014 as Sr. Director of Advanced Services for the Americas, where responsibilities included managing advanced services and support for the Service Provider vertical. Earlier in the career, Tooley was the Director of Customer Service and Support at Avici Systems, overseeing technical support activities for the customer base. Tooley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Marshall University, completed in May 1996.
