Kylie McCormack

Kylie McCormack is a seasoned professional in service delivery management with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Director at Juniper Networks since October 2010, Kylie leads the Australia and New Zealand service delivery team. Previous roles include managing the Telstra account to enhance service delivery and customer relationships. Prior to Juniper, Kylie's experience spans positions at Avaya and Nortel, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer service metrics to engineering implementation support for optical and wireline products across Asia. Kylie's educational background includes a BEng in Communication Engineering from RMIT University, a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian College of Project Management, and a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice from the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy.
