Josh Hotsenpiller has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles and entrepreneurial ventures. In 2009, they founded Profits 4 Purpose, a SaaS platform that enables global brands to give back to their local communities. The company was later acquired by YourCause. In 2013, they founded Crowd Hub | Software & Technology, where they served as the Founder and Brand Champion. The company specializes in sustainable community engagement and brand building through the utilization of innovative technology. In 2017, they founded Wisdom Capture, which focuses on accelerating executive visibility and employee collaboration through the curation of personal stories. In 2019, they worked as a Product Strategist at myHealthTrack, and from 2020, they serve as the CEO of JUNO, a company dedicated to building digital communities and capturing brand stories.

Josh Hotsenpiller pursued their undergraduate studies from 1998 to 2022 at Alliance University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
