Stephen Fischer

Stephen Fischer has over 12 years of professional experience in software development and web application development. Stephen is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at JUNO since December 2020. Prior to that, Stephen worked at Verint Next IT as a Sr. Web Developer from October 2017 to December 2020, where they built and maintained tools for managing and classifying live chat data and created interactive dashboards for analyzing data. Stephen also worked closely with business analysts to identify pain points and implement technical solutions.

Before Verint Next IT, Stephen worked at BeerNu as a Lead Software Developer from July 2016 to September 2017. At ClearCare, they served as a Lead Software Developer from July 2014 to May 2016. In this role, Stephen led small teams in designing and developing key features and initiatives, including the Quality of Care initiative in collaboration with Harvard Medical School.

Prior to ClearCare, Stephen worked at Genetic Finance, Inc. as a Web Developer from June 2013 to June 2014. Stephen developed web services for communicating with a computing grid and created management portals for customers. Stephen also developed internal operations tools for improved data management.

Stephen's earlier experience includes working at HubWorks Interactive as a Software Developer from September 2011 to May 2013. Stephen developed backend software systems for integration with iPad client devices and integrated with multiple point of sale systems. Stephen started their career at the University of Idaho as a Web Application Developer from July 2008 to January 2011. Stephen integrated third-party hardware video encoders and established an automated video transcoding system for classrooms.

Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as C#, .NET, PHP/Laravel, Django/Flask, and Elasticsearch/PostgreSQL/Redis.

Stephen Fischer attended the University of Idaho from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
