Petrina Kotov

Petrina Kotov has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Petrina currently works as the Director of HR and Recruiting at Junonia Partners since November 2022. Prior to that, Petrina served as the Head of HR and Resourcing, US for STRAIT from October 2017 to January 2022. At STRAIT, they were responsible for providing financial solutions for hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices. Petrina also worked as the Director of HR at Forty Five Ten from December 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, they served as a Partnership Director at Southwest Airlines for Roth Staffing Companies from July 2014 to December 2015. Petrina started their career as an Onsite Program Manager at Samsung for WorldLink US from July 2010 to July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager for Volt Workforce Solutions at Harte-Hanks, Inc. from February 2008 to July 2010.

From 1999 to 2003, Petrina Kotov attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing.
