Juan Arnao Issa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Juan began their career at Filancard as an Oficial de Procesos from 1999 to 2000. Then, they worked at Banco Pichincha as a Coordinador de OyM from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they joined PwC as an Advisory Manager from 2003 to 2013. Subsequently, they founded their own consulting firm, ARNLatam, where they worked as a Propietario from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, they held the position of Chief Controller at Graphicsource C.A. from 2017 to 2018. Juan then worked as a Senior Business Project Manager at Hughes from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as an Advisory Project Director at PwC. Currently, they are employed as the Program and Project Director at Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil since 2022. Additionally, they also own a gastronomic entrepreneurship project called Finc@ Resto.
