Czafrann Ali

Czafrann Ali is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in asset management and fund formation. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Jupiter Asset Management since July 2021, Czafrann previously held the position of Legal Counsel at Man Group, where responsibilities included advising on fund structures and documentation. Prior to this, Czafrann worked at Simmons & Simmons as an Associate, specializing in hedge fund formation, and held various roles at Schroders and First State Investments, focusing on negotiation and advisory across investment management. Czafrann's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from UCL, complemented by degrees in Business Management and Commerce.
