Deidra Watts

Deidra Watts, MBA, has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. From 1996 to 2009, they worked at MPC as an HR Generalist. Deidra then joined Aegis Communications Group as a Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they worked at The Berkley Group, Inc. as a Human Resources professional from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as an HR Manager at Nurse On Call. In 2017, they joined AccentCare, Inc. and also became the Regional Director of Human Resources at Doctor's Choice Home Health, where they worked until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, they were the Human Resources Director at Encompass Health. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director of Talent and Culture at Jupiter Medical Center.
