Elizabeth Ruiz

Elizabeth Ruiz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, HR management, and compliance consulting. With previous roles at Jupiter Medical Center, Sodexo (contracted to UHS Hospital System), Nicklaus Children's Health System, eLink Recruiting Solutions, and Baptist Health South Florida, Elizabeth has developed a strong background in executive recruitment, training, and site management. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. Elizabeth is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
