Lisa Humphrey

Lisa Humphrey, PMP has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Lisa currently serves as the Program Management Office Lead at Jupiter Medical Center, where they oversee the creation of a new PMO in Information Technology and manages a team of consultants. Lisa has also played a key role in the design and development of a Surgical Institute, implementing new technologies for improved clinical outcomes and IT security. Prior to their current role, Lisa worked at Nemours as a Senior Project Manager and Director of Project Management & Integration. In these roles, they developed strategic initiative management systems, established departmental governance and best practices, and managed projects throughout the application development lifecycle. Lisa's previous experience also includes roles as an IT Project Manager at Crozer Chester Medical Center and a Project Manager at Siemens. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to influence decisions, and a track record of delivering successful projects.

Lisa Humphrey, PMP has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, also from Wilmington University.
