Markus Krumm

Markus Krumm has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Markus currently holds the position of Head of HR Management at Korian Deutschland since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as Director of Human Resources Germany at Coperion from July 2019 to December 2021. Before that, Markus worked at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, where they held various senior HR management positions, including Senior Manager of HR Shared Service Center Operations from December 2017 to June 2019, Senior Manager of HR Services from August 2014 to November 2017, and Senior Manager of HR IT-Systems from October 2011 to July 2014. Prior to that, they gained experience at Vetter Pharma, where they held roles such as Human Resources Development Manager from May 2005 to May 2009, Consultant for Data, Systems, and Projects from January 2004 to April 2005, and Payroll Manager from July 2002 to December 2003. Markus started their career at Kreissparkasse Ravensburg, where they served as a Project Manager and Head of the Structural and Process Organization Group from June 1998 to June 2002.

Markus Krumm attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in vocational, business education, strategic corporate management, and organizational psychology. Markus graduated with a Diplom-Handelslehrer, which translates to a graduate commercial teacher.
