Michelle Wienke

Michelle Wienke has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle is currently working as the Director of Patient Experience at Jupiter Medical Center since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Patient Experience Manager at UHS from March 2019 to January 2021. From March 2017 to March 2019, Michelle worked as a Family Services Coordinator at AdventHealth. Michelle has also worked at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, where they held multiple roles, including Chief Experience Officer CXO, Lead Patient Advocate, and Care Coordinator/Discharge Planning, from October 2012 to September 2017. Michelle's earlier roles include serving as a Family Support Specialist at Upstate New York Transplant Services, Inc. from September 2009 to October 2012, a Social Worker at Kaleida Health from August 2009 to March 2010, and an Aid Coordinator, home health aid, at Palliative Home Care/Niagara Hospice from February 2004 to September 2009.

Michelle Wienke earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Niagara University in 2009 and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling degree from Medaille University in 2012. Michelle also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Niagara County Community College, which they obtained in 2006. Michelle is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree in Transformational Leadership from Aspen University, with an expected completion date in 2023. In 2019, Michelle obtained a certification in UHS Service Excellence Training from UHS.
