Sean Gardiner

Sean Gardiner is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in process improvement and support services. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Support Services and Process Improvement at Jupiter Medical Center since October 2014, Sean has previously held titles such as Director of Process Improvement and Innovation, Director of OR Business Operations, and Senior Industrial Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as an Industrial Engineer at Alegent Creighton Health and a Project Engineer Intern at The Weitz Company. Additionally, Sean has contributed to education as a Science Process Improvement Coach and Science Teacher with the Palm Beach County School District. Sean holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, along with certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
