Nikhil Godbole

Nikhil Godbole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Group Customer Service Head at Jupiter since June 2022, Nikhil oversees customer service for banking, credit cards, personal loans, and investment portfolios. Previously, Nikhil held various leadership roles at Cleartrip.com for 15 years, including Vice President Customer Care, where responsibilities encompassed customer service delivery across India and the Middle East and managing end-to-end customer experience. Nikhil's career also includes positions at Infosys BPO, EXL Service, and ICFAI Business School, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical support and operations. Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Hospitality & Travel Management from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shikshan Prasarak Mandalis Sir Parshurambhau College.
