Dimitris Katsis

Dimitris Katsis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dimitris is currently working as the Director of Display Engineering at Jupiter Systems since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Prysm Systems Inc. from March 2018 to July 2022, where they held the position of Sr. Director & Technical Fellow, Global HW Installation & Services. Before that, they worked at Prysm Inc. from October 2014 to July 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Global Technical Operations & Technical Fellow, Technical Fellow, Manager of Applications Engineering, and Principal Video Quality Engineer. Additionally, they have worked at The MicroDisplay Corporation as a Senior Liquid Crystal Engineer from July 2002 to July 2007, and at the University of Rochester/Laboratory for Laser Energetics as a Postdoctoral Research Associate from June 2000 to June 2002.

Dimitris Katsis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science, which they obtained from the University of Rochester from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) between 1988 and 1994.
