Payal Sharma has been working in the field of business analytics since 2017. Payal began their career at Radha Madhav Corporation Limited as a Business Analyst in 2017. Payal then moved to Polycab Wires & Cables Private Limited in 2015, where they held the role of Information Technology Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Jupitice Justice Technologies Private Limited as a Business Analyst since 2022.

Payal Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from SBNITM in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Jhunjhunu Academy.
