Francesca Cruz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and revenue management within the technology and legal sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Revenue at Juristat since April 2024, Francesca contributes to enhancing patent analytics and workflow automation for law firms and companies. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Customer Success at Greenlight Guru, as well as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Customer Success at IZEA. Francesca's career also includes leadership positions at TapInfluence and SolarWinds, where strategic sales and partnership management were key focuses. Francesca holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and has international experience as a Fulbright Scholar.
