Thomas Forstner is the Director of People & Talent at Juro. Prior to joining Juro, Thomas was the People & Talent Operations Lead at Paddle, where they were responsible for scaling the business from 35 to 135 people. Thomas has also been responsible for opening Paddle's first internal office in New York and is currently making preparations for the second office in APAC.

Thomas is a strategic and data-driven leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Thomas has a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.

Under Thomas's leadership, Paddle's Glassdoor scores increased to 4.6-4.9/5.0, leading to significant increases in applications and retention. Thomas also successfully revamped Paddle's EVP and rolled out a new all-company comms strategy on behalf of the executive team.

Thomas is a proven leader in international expansion, having successfully led the setup of Paddle's first international subsidiary in NYC. Thomas is the go-to strategic lead for other international expansions and has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in expanding into new markets.

Thomas Forstner studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and earned their Master of Science in Psychology. Next, they did an exchange semester at Stockholm University to study psychology. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Thomas has also earned a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn.
