Amy Darlow

Amy Darlow is the current VP of People and Talent at Seldon. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of People EMEA at Contino from July 2017 to April 2021. During their time at Contino, they were responsible for managing the EMEA PeopleOps team and led a global team to implement Lattice, a performance tool, and embed a new approach to Performance Development. Amy also lead a global team to discover and roll out the company's Global Values and behaviours with the Contino Manifesto.

Some of their key achievements during their time at Contino include devising and rolling out custom Consulting with Impact workshops in partnership with the VP of Delivery, and successfully managing the continuous improvement of employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Amy is a member of the Leadership team at Seldon and is responsible for providing regular updates and managing the PeopleOps quarterly roadmap, leading on key PeopleOps programmes. Amy is also responsible for ensuring that the company is always striving to build and maintain a culture that attracts, develops and retains the best talent.

Amy Darlow has a CIPD Level 7 Diploma from Acacia Learning, a CIPD level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, and a Ba (Hons) in Business Studies from Coventry University. Amy also has certification from Thomas International in TEIQue and PPA Practitioner.

Their manager is Alex Housley, Founder & CEO. Amy Darlow works with Tom Davies - VP Alliances, Graeme Hutchison - VP Marketing, and Clive Cox - CTO.
