Gemma Williams

Gemma Williams is a Partner at Jury O'Shea LLP and Healys LLP, with extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Property Litigation. Since joining Healys LLP in May 2008, Gemma has developed a specialization in these areas, previously serving as a Trainee Solicitor where similar expertise was cultivated. At B&M Retail, from August 2020 to June 2021, Gemma worked as a company solicitor. Prior experience includes a role as a Paralegal at Irwin Mitchell, focusing on breach of contract claims, debt recovery, and negligence within the Commercial Litigation Department. Gemma holds an LLM and LPC from the University of Law and a Law degree from Nottingham Trent University, alongside foundational education at Barnsley College.
