Ilya Kozlov

Ilya Kozlov currently serves as Chief Product Owner at Jusan Bank, focusing on the development of offline service channels utilizing CRM platforms since June 2021. Prior to this, Ilya held roles including Deputy Director of Digital Product Development Department at Jusan Bank, managing digital banking and business digital products, and Chief of Business Digitalization Department at First Heartland Jusan Bank. Ilya's extensive experience in the field includes managerial positions at the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund and a tenure in IT leadership at SM Market Retail and Kaspi Bank. Ilya holds a Master of Business Administration from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and an engineering degree in Information Systems from East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
