Joshua Austin

Joshua Austin is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application development and project management within the Salesforce ecosystem. Currently serving as the Head of Application Development at Just since May 2021, Joshua has also held the position of Director on the Board of Directors at Enterprise Credit Union since December 2019. Previous roles include Software Delivery Manager at TalkTalk, where Joshua successfully introduced Agile methodologies and led multiple development initiatives, and Salesforce CRM Developer at TalkTalk Business, focusing on automated workflows. With a background in operations analysis and CRM development at BMI Healthcare and RSA, Joshua has a proven track record of enhancing business processes, training teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
