Programs Management Team

The Programs Management Team at Just A Start oversees the implementation and coordination of the organization's key initiatives, including affordable housing, education and job training, and comprehensive support services. They work to ensure that individuals and families have access to stable housing and sustainable career opportunities, which are critical to building equitable communities. This team is responsible for managing financial opportunities, resident services, homeownership programs, and community outreach efforts to support those most impacted by systemic barriers.
