Ali Abbas

Ali Abbas is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and project coordination. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at Just Appraised since December 2021, Ali leads the Customer Support Team. Previously, Ali worked at iGate Technologies Pakistan as an Executive Project Coordinator, implementing project management tools and integrating data systems for enhanced decision-making. Prior roles also include Customer Onboarding Associate at VisionX, where Ali monitored client product usage, and Customer Intelligence Specialist at KeepTruckin, focusing on client needs and ensuring quality service. Ali's earlier experience includes event management and internships in the aerospace sector. Ali holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Brunel University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the College of Aeronautical Engineering, NUST, Pakistan.
