Susan Rees-Smith

Susan Rees-Smith is an experienced quality and regulatory professional with a strong background in the health and dietary supplement industries. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Regulatory at 21st Century HealthCare, Inc., since February 2018, Susan has expertise in quality management systems (QMS), regulatory compliance, and process improvement, including leading customer and supplier audits and managing CAPA plans. Previously, Susan held leadership roles at Adept Life Sciences and Forever Nutraceutical, where significant achievements included obtaining GMP certification and enhancing training compliance. Additionally, early career experiences included technical writing and marketing roles at West Pharmaceutical Services, Center 7, Digital Options, and the University of Utah, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Utah.
