Leon trained staff in attendance tracking software, developed academic enrichment programs, and ensured district compliance from April 2011 to December 2014.

Leon Clayborne attended California State University-Dominguez Hills from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree. Leon focused their studies on Theatre Arts and Africana Studies.
