Nick Fletcher

Nick Fletcher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and production industry. Currently serving as CEO of Just Networking since October 2020 and as Principal at Lucid Creative LLC since March 2014, Nick has demonstrated leadership skills by managing teams of up to 30 individuals and overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $150,000. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director and Visual Designer in a freelance capacity, and various technical positions for major tours and entertainment venues, such as Video Technician for Drake's tour and Video Engineer for Lil' Wayne's America's Most Wanted Tour. Nick also has a background in broadcast and event management from Norwegian Cruise Line, where responsibilities included producing promotional materials and managing audio-visual requirements for events. Nick holds a degree in Show Production and Touring from Full Sail University, which further complements a strong technical foundation in the field.
