Josh Odam

Josh Odam serves as a Consulting Partner at Just Strategies since September 2023. Previously, Josh held the position of Chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where strategic insights on staff recruitment and retention for people of color were provided. As the inaugural Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Specialist at B Lab, Josh co-facilitated training sessions. The founder of Healing While Black LLC, an online platform focused on mental health discussions for Black and Indigenous queer and gender non-conforming individuals, Josh has also facilitated workshops at Root3d and coordinated programs for In Our Own Voices Inc. with an emphasis on supporting GBTQ men of color. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
