Kara Bayer currently serves as the Training Lead at Just Teachers since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kara held various positions at JN Bentley and Mott MacDonald Bentley, including Communications and Media Advisor and Recruitment Marketing Advisor from August 2023 to January 2025. From April 2021 to July 2023, Kara worked as the Patient Services Manager at Modality Partnership. Earlier experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant at Just Teachers from October 2014 to April 2021, Area Sales Manager at Beaucare Medical Ltd in mid-2014, and wardrobe positions at The PEEL Entertainment Group and West Yorkshire Playhouse in early 2014. Initial experience in the wardrobe field includes Wardrobe Assistant roles at Garsington Opera in 2012 and 2013. Kara Bayer holds a degree from The University of Huddersfield, attained between 2008 and 2011.
