Rachael Young

Rachael Young is an experienced professional in the field of philanthropy and grantmaking, currently serving as Deputy Director of Partnerships at the Just Transition Fund. Previously, Rachael held positions at the Mertz Gilmore Foundation as both Program Officer and Program Associate. Rachael has also contributed to the Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy as a Steering Committee Member and worked as a Grants Associate at Open Society Foundations. Early in the career, Rachael served as a Legal Assistant at the New York City Campaign Finance Board.
