Mykola Ardatiy

Mykola Ardatiy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mykola is currently working as a Lead Business System Analyst at JustAnswer since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Lead Business Analyst at EPAM Systems from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for scope identification, requirement writing, backlog management, and mentoring junior analysts. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Business Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Lead Delivery Manager at 3YOURMIND, where they managed software product implementation projects and participated in product roadmap development. Mykola also worked as a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Manager at Materialise from 2014 to 2019, as a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Manager at Elegance Ukraine from 2011 to 2014, and as an IT Project Coordinator at Zeppelin International AG from 2009 to 2011. Mykola started their career as a Software Developer at Analytically-Information agency EKSOR from 2002 to 2004. Mykola has a strong background in business analysis, project management, and software development.

Mykola Ardatiy obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software development, from National Aviation University between 1998 and 2004. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the English language school "English Prime". Mykola also obtained a certification in HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2018.
