Hsu-Min Chen

Hsu-Min Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2007, Chen worked as a Software Team Leader at MiTAC Inc. where they led a team of five RDs and developed the Mio S505 navigation software. From 2009 to 2011, Chen served as a Senior Software Engineer at Xplova.inc, leading the development of a GPS road bike computer. As a Freelancer from 2011 to 2013, Chen designed algorithm trading systems and achieved a high annualized rate of return. From 2013 to 2016, Chen worked at Microsoft as an Azure Tech Support Team Lead, achieving top performance rankings and creating real-time team operation monitoring tools. Currently, Chen is the Head of IT at JustCo, where they oversee IT operations and previously served as a Software Lead Engineer, designing and planning an in-house CRM system with various features.
