Ben Wolfe has extensive experience in customer service analytics and data analysis, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Service Analytics at Just Eat Takeaway.com since October 2018. Prior to this role, Ben held senior positions in business intelligence and analytics, and data analysis at the same company. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Planning Analyst and Planning Analyst at Ocado from August 2014 to October 2018. Ben began a career in education, teaching mathematics at Raynes Park High School and Barton Court Grammar School between 2008 and 2014. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick and a PGCE in Maths teaching for secondary education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
