Prina Shah is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in loyalty, customer engagement, and strategic innovation across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Senior Group Product Manager - Loyalty at Just Eat Takeaway.com, Prina leads a team to develop global loyalty strategies for millions of customers. Previously, as Principal Product Manager in the CPO Office at Just Eat, Prina focused on creating impactful global products, including areas such as AI and B2B platform consolidation. During tenure at Amazon, Prina excelled in various roles, most notably as Global Sr Product Manager for Customer Engagement in the Subscribe & Save program, managing a vast subscriber base and pioneering brand loyalty initiatives.
