Heather has focused her entire career on improving leadership, learning, and results in public service. She is proud to be a founding member, and the current Chief Operating Officer, of Case Commons, a nonprofit technology company committed to enabling better outcomes for the nation’s most vulnerable kids and families by providing tools that “help the helpers” and provide better data for decision-making in child welfare.
