Andy Norman

Andy Norman has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andy is currently the Head of Group Change Portfolio at Just Group plc. Prior to this, they worked at Aviva as the Head of General Insurance Platforms. Andy also served as a Mentor at the 30% Club. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at NatWest Group, including Head of Platform - Commercial Online Banking and Head of Digital Studio(s). Andy has also worked as a Digital Programme Manager at RAC, a Programme Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and a Project Manager at Equiniti. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Project Manager at Friends Life UK and Old Mutual Group.
