Hilary Black

Hilary Black is a seasoned professional in company secretarial roles, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Company Secretary at Just Group plc since September 2020. Prior to this position, Hilary held the title of Company Secretarial Manager at Ninety One from March 2006 to July 2020 and served as Company Secretary and Membership Secretary at the World Nuclear Transport Institute from August 2001 to March 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Geography from The University of Glasgow, an ICSA Professional Qualification from London Metropolitan University, and a Master’s in Public Relations and Public Communications from the University of Westminster.
