Rachel Beale

Rachel Beale is an experienced leader in change management and people operations, currently serving as Change Capability Lead at Just Group plc since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at RBS as People Lead for the Digital Distribution Domain, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and capability for over 300 employees. Rachel has also held positions as Resource Manager at RBS, Chair of the Board of Trustees at Changes Bristol, and held several managerial roles at IBM, Lloyds Banking Group, RSG, Sanderson Recruitment, PRICE WALKER LIMITED, and BROOK STREET BUREAU. Rachel holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Textiles from the University of Central England and a degree in Art, Media & Design from the University of West of England.
